For years I had ideas
I couldn't build.
AI changed that.

Operations leader with 15+ years managing complex organizations. Since early 2025, independently architecting and shipping production AI systems — without a traditional technical background. The edge isn't the code. It's knowing which problems are worth solving.

Pattern Parsing & Rendering Engine

Live

Browser-based system that converts unstructured written instructions into structured 2D symbol charts.

Built around an anchor-placement data model, constrained integer-grid layout, and composable templates for complex nested structures. Solves an end-to-end parsing problem no existing tool handles. Expanding into a suite of related tools.

Autonomous Execution Engine

In Development

Orchestration layer that accepts high-level intent and executes multi-step projects end-to-end.

Planning, delegating across specialized agents, tracking state, and delivering completed output with minimal human intervention.

TypeScript · Node.js · Anthropic SDK

AI Content Pipeline

In Development

AI system governing content generation and voice consistency across a 500-document multimedia creative canon.

Enforced tonal registers per character type; repeatable generation loop designed to produce consistent, canon-accurate output at scale.

Audio Processing Pipeline

Live

Multi-stage audio segmentation and voice transformation pipeline.

Segments audio by character and transforms voices using ElevenLabs AI. Rapid prototype demonstrating multi-step AI API integration.

I've spent my career in operations — warehousing, manufacturing, security, technology, and running my own company. Different industries, different scales, but always the same work: figure out what's broken, figure out what should exist, make it happen.

The ideas were always there. What used to require a tech team, a budget, and months on someone else's calendar is now just time — and how much you're willing to invest in learning a landscape that changes almost daily.

I'm not competing with engineers on their turf. I'm operating in a lane no pure engineer occupies: the person who deeply understands the operational problem and now has the tools to solve it.

Currently on the review crew for tbd/con 2026, a conference on AI across disciplines.

Let's talk.
